Science Alive came to Burnham school

On Wednesday Science Alive came to Room 2 to do chemistry and experiments . The lady's name was Julie .

First Julie read a mystery book to the class about who stole the white powders from Kate's shop. We had to solve the mystery by doing chemistry experiments.

Then we got into groups to work out who stole the white powders. We did some exciting experiments by adding Acid and Iodine to different white powders, which mad the powder change colour.

Finally, at the end Julie lit James' rocket he made. When the rocket lauched it zoomed across the room.

My favourite experiments was when we put different powders into the cupcakes contains and watch it heat up.

I thought that Science Alive was amazing because Julie showed us different experiments that we didn't know.
